I’m an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and a registered nurse based in Chattanooga, TN, with over 13 years of experience in labor and delivery, postpartum care, and the neonatal intensive care unit. For the past 10 years, my career has been dedicated to helping mamas confidently feed their babies through compassionate, evidence-based care as a lactation consultant. Most importantly, I’m a mama to two little boys, bringing real-life motherhood and years of clinical experience together.

Bringing a new baby home can be overwhelming, but feeding your little one shouldn’t be. I started Mama & Milk to equip parents with the knowledge and support they need to confidently care for their babies.
