I’m an Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and a registered nurse with over 12 years of experience in labor and delivery, postpartum care, and the neonatal intensive care unit located in Chattanooga, TN. The past seven years of my career have been focused on helping mamas feed their little ones as a lactation consultant. Being a mama of two little boys myself, I completely understand how rewarding and challenging motherhood can be!

Bringing a new baby home can be overwhelming, but feeding your little one shouldn’t be. I started Mama & Milk to equip parents with the knowledge and support they need to confidently care for their babies.
