If you do not see your insurance plan listed below, I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly by calling the number on your insurance card to verify the number of lactation visits covered under your plan. In this case, payment to Mama & Milk will be required upfront; however, I will provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. My Self Pay Rates are listed below in the FAQ.
Once your insurance has been verified, I will contact you to schedule your home visit.

I provide all self pay clients with a superbill to pursue reimbursement for our visit from their insurance company. I accept cash, debit, credit, and HSA cards.
Postpartum & Newborn Consultation (includes breast pump flange fitting)
Initial 90-minute visit: $200
Follow-up 60-minute visit: $175
Twins: Initial 2-hour visit: $250 | Follow-up 75-minute visit: $200
Pumping & Flange Fitting Consultation
Initial 60–90-minute visit: $175
Follow-up 60-minute visit: $150
Prenatal Consultation
60–90-minute visit: $150
