If you are not eligible for insurance-covered visits through The Lactation Network or Wildflower, we recommend contacting your insurance provider directly using the number on the back of your insurance card to verify the number of lactation visits covered under your plan. In this case, payment to Mama & Milk will be required upfront; however, we will provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
