During our visit, we’ll begin by measuring your nipple size to help determine the best flange fit. I carry plastic flanges in sizes 10–36 mm in three different shapes-crater, pano, and classic (pictured below)-as well as silicone inserts. I will observe a pumping session and trial different flange options to ensure a comfortable, effective fit and to confirm that your pump is functioning properly. I will also guide you on exactly where to purchase the flanges you need for your home pump.

You’ll receive hands-on guidance on how to use your pump, clean it safely, and store your breast milk. We’ll also discuss strategies to protect your milk supply and maximize output while pumping. Together, we’ll create a personalized pumping plan designed to set you up for confidence and success.
